Branding- Beachwalk Residence

beachwalk residence (2019) Studio Spasi

Beachwalk residence walk under the same group with one of the biggest Kuta entertaiment spot, Beachwalk Shopping Center. The name ‘Beachwalk’ is suggestive of a sensory dimension. Semi-open and naturally ventilated, Beachwalk consists of a series of terraced landscaped plates that create a ‘soft’ environment and serve as viewing decks. The looping circulation eliminates dead-end spaces.

The brief was about how to make Beachwalk residence logo and branding have a premium feel yet still playful because the residence built alongside their shopping center. Not to bringing zen since they knew this residence located on Kuta, on their note: family friendly, busy, modern.

So, he came up with the idea of taking the sunset iconic half circle shape symbolized the Kuta beach. They chose terracota and olive as main color because or their green screnery and make it pop so it still looks fun.

He tried to apply the character of it to hotel room amenities, hotel card, brochure, and many more. Here was his attempt to exploring the sunset shape into several medias.

His attemps on graphic and typography explorations of the half circle shape into 8 panels. Perhaps these exercise will easily lead him into another medias exploration and layout.

Branding- Egghotel

Egghotel (2019) Studio Spasi

Egghotel is a brunch restaurant located in Kuningan, Jakarta. Egg Hotel is inspired by these very essence of an “Egg�. Honest-to-goodness, their mission is to simply serve unpretentious, healthy and wholesome meal for everyone to enjoy and be part of everyday life. Eggs are part of the basic staple of life. They are wildly popular and are enjoyed by many worldwide. Loved for their culinary versatility, eggs are yummy, nutritious, simple and humble.

This is an ongoing project in Studio Spasi. They have made the logo and branding so he has a job to made stationaries and the rest of it.

He made and finalize the concept of business card, stickers, social media feeds, menu layout, feedback card, wayfinding. This should be very pop and urban represented by the color and witty shape and illustration on the stickers.

LAKON book brochure (2019) Studio Spasi

LAKON is a place where local’s products is well presented to introduce their beauty so that everybody can be proud of it. They believe that the beauty of each product is more than just in the eyes of the beholders but it is a culmination of everything that is experienced by their creators. Each of them will tell its own unique stories. LAKON is about discovery, experience, and how we put everything together as one, to keep telling the stories in an interesting way.

Studio Spasi have the opportunity to make their so called ‘Bible’ grand book brochure which will be placed in every LAKON store to inform the visitor what is LAKON, Teras Lakon, PE.LAKON. Basically this book is the summary of what LAKON INDONESIA is, so they want it to be premium, grand, urban.

The ‘Bible’ book’s concept is fragment and facets. Represents the many faces, layers, diversity of the ideas, people, design and most important the story and message of the brands and people ( PE.LAKON ) who supports LAKON.

This is his attemps on LAKON book layout, from cover and index page. He choose accordion style with translucent paper for index page to make it more fragments but still stylish.

This is the typical pages that he made. The treatment of typography in one page or spreads. He choose the colorful small graphic because they say although black ,grey, and white is LAKON color, they also have surprising color within.

Sadari Sedari (2019) Freelance

Sadari Sedari is a non profit organization that took education and environment sector and gather people used clothes that still worth to sell then they sell it online and offlline (C2C). the profit from the sale will be donated to fulfill the educational needs of LKSA Nurul Ihsan. It contains monthly school needs, supporting facilities, and workshop that held by Sadari Sedari to improve their creativity.

Sadari Sedari, with Skolalipu want to make Pasar Raia Keliling 2.0 in Lapangan Banteng on behalf Jakarta’s 492nd Birthday. He was helping on online publication and video teaser.

In Pasar Raia Keliling 2.0, They want to make something with clay, still playful but not just a plain graphic. They want to make stop motion for the teaser. So he made clay creature to fulfill the teaser media.
