An innovative feature has been introduced on our website, allowing interactive use of 3D models of our products. Now every customer has the opportunity not only to view standard versions of the products, but also to personalize them according to their own preferences. Simply upload your own graphics to see what the product will look like with a personalized design.

Thanks to this solution, users can prepare a realistic preview of their order themselves. The process is simple and intuitive - once you enter your own graphic elements, the 3D model automatically adapts to your changes, giving you a full view of the final result before you place your order. Customers can rotate the model, zoom in on details and assess how their design will look on the product from different perspectives. This tool not only makes purchasing decisions easier, but also ensures that the final product will exactly match the customer’s expectations.

With File Checker in our shop, you can ensure your files are verified before they go to print.

Once the materials have been uploaded in the product card, our system will perform an automatic check. If the graphics are correct, the system will allow the order to proceed. However, if it detects errors, it will indicate exactly which elements need to be corrected. This is a very convenient tool that allows us to quickly identify errors.

In addition, this type of system allows us to maintain high production quality, as it only allows graphics that meet the standards. What’s more, it allows you to place an order fully on your own in our shop. File Checker eliminates the need for our shop staff to be involved in the entire process. Currently, you can upload files in up to four formats: PDF, TIF, JPG and PNG.

As the first exhibition company to adopt modern, innovative solutions, we have significantly improved the purchasing decision-making process. In response to our customers’ needs, we have introduced Augmented Reality (AR), a technology that enables interactive experience of products, even before they are purchased. Now customers are able to place selected products in a real space using their mobile devices or other compatible devices, allowing them to realistically see what the product will look like in their environment.

AR technology not only allows a product to be visualised on a 1:1 scale, but also allows the user to thoroughly test its functionality, see how it blends with other elements in the space and assess whether it meets all the user’s expectations. This makes the purchasing process more thoughtful and comfortable, as the customer gains confidence that they are making the right choice before the product reaches their hands.

What have we already achieved?

Our headquarter in Bielany Wrocławskie is equipped with solar panels, thanks to which we obtain electricity from clean sources. We have ensured that the building is properly insulated so that we do not waste energy.

We have introduced a BMS system to manage the building in order to efficiently use the resources needed to maintain the facility.

Zero waste - we put aside unused pieces of material to then sew accessories such as bags and backpacks. We segregate waste at every stage of production as well as in the office.

Sustainable production - most products are produced using sublimation. This is a water-based printing technique in which the dye transfers into the structure of the material, providing long-lasting, intense colours without the use of chemical solvents that can be harmful to the environment.

In the office, we have used a water filtration system that is accessible to everyone, recycling bins, led light bulbs and electric dryers in the toilets.

Our company upholds ethical business practices implementing a code of conduct that applies to all employees and partners, promoting diversity, equality, and inclusion. Corporate culture based on Gallup metodology, freedom of association, health, safety and human rights.
