EAT WHAT YOU LEARN
youtube.com/watch?v=Xi83naFhFqI
DESCRIPTION. EAT WHAT YOU LEARN IS A RESTAURANT WHERE YOU NOT ONLY EAT AUTHENTIC FOOD, YOU ALSO LEARN HOW TO MAKE IT.
People interested in ethnic food would reserve space on the Eat What You Learn promotional and functional website and gather in a space equipped with basic mobile kitchen facilities. Ingredients would come from local ethnic suppliers, which could also become sponsors. An authentic cook would lead the session by showing the steps and watching people as they learn. Results of the cooking will be shared on the Eat What You Learn website.
PROMOTING ETHNIC CUISINES AND CULTURES. THROUGH COOKING AND EATING AT THE RESTAURANT WITH AN AUTHENTIC COOK, GUESTS WILL HAVE A UNIQUE CHANCE TO LEARN ABOUT OTHER
NATIONALITIES’ SPECIALITIES AND CULTURE. It is an open source platform which invites active handson participation. We believe the restaurant can create an authentic impression of culture through interacting with the cook, ingredients, the way of cooking and ultimately, the eating experience.
