Employee Appreciation Day October 2015 and 2016
The faculty and staff of NYU Langone Medical Center created a ”thank you” day where management and faculty would serve employees and their families lunch and dinner at the hospital during regular business hours. Event Overview: NYU Langone Medical Center, NYC breakfast 8am to 10am lunch 12pm to 2pm 5,000 guests per meal period 1 day set up and 1 day breakdown Menu: streamlined service style with 2 100’ long single sided buffet presentations. meal trays were prepared and assembled by Relish Caterers on property. NYU managers and faculty worked the station to provide hospitality to their co-workers.
