The Emels know what it's like to move around and settle down in different places. These Missouri-nomads have lived in multiple places around the great state of Missouri. Most recently, their family relocated to Ashland, Missouri - a bedroom community of CoMo. While their home is located outside Columbia city-limits, their heart and soul relocates to CoMo every day. If it weren't for the beautiful land and custom home they have in Ashland, they would be pulled to town for an easier commute. Yet, like so many others, they drive to Columbia for work.

After the Emels get their 2 daughters up and off to school, they begin work running their independent businesses. Dr. Ashley opens the doors of Compass Chiropractic and Wellness, welcomes her team, and begins adjusting everyone's health in the right direction. At the clinic you can find relief through chiropractic adjustments, acupuncture, massage, kinesio tape, nutritional products, e-stim, cold laser therapy and much more.
