In 1973 Malcolm Dingle started his first real estate agency in country Victoria. Then in 1978 an office was opened in Elizabeth Street, Melbourne.

Before opening in Melbourne, Malcolm ran very successful offices in Ballarat, Bendigo, Dayleford and Maryborough. As a county agent for many years he acquired experience and skill in a very broad range of real property from an agency perspective.
