A celebrated home builder in his 20s, he grew his business to become one of Victoria’s most sought-after and fastestgrowing brands, with a reputation for delivering excellent quality and value for money. From building, Ray applied his winning formula to land subdivisions, development projects, master-planned communities, and largevolume housing while holding senior positions at AV Jennings, Simonds Homes and Devine Limited and founding Boutique Homes. Ray brings a wealth of experience and expertise to Hockingstuart Land I Projects as one of the most connected and collaborative names in the Australian property industry.

I am driven to champion dynamic and innovative property experiences that continuously move our industry forward.” Marc Rati has a wealth of knowledge of the property industry, having amassed 30 years of experience working as a builder, house and land sales agent, and acquisition specialist. An active fixture in key East Coast growth corridors, Marc is renowned for his professional connections, boasting solid working relationships with an established network of consultants, vendors and developers. His approach and expertise are trusted by farmers and large-scale developers alike, having worked across all types of developments, from small to large broad acre farms and townhouse sites. Marc is particularly passionate about guiding vendors through the often emotional selling process. He co-founded Hockingstuart Land I Projects with a focus on providing trusted advice and best-in-class results.
