“I love talking with people! I am more interested in who you are than what you do because who you are will dictate how you do what you do.” As Director of Growth, her journey from Toronto to Oakville has been driven by excellence and a passion for serving others. Starting her

real estate career in 2007, she aimed to help people achieve their real estate dreams. Her strategic insight and dedication have made her a formidable force in the industry.

While working in her family restaurant, Katerina also pursued an acting career. One day, while serving REALTORS® ,

she was told she would make a great REALTOR®. Taking this to heart, Katerina transitioned to real estate, and her ability to connect with people led her to become a busy agent in Toronto. Reflecting on her experiences, she says, “Working in hospitality and acting prepared me for the role of Director of Growth.”

For Katerina, success isn’t just about recruiting agents. She says, “It’s about empowering agents to reach their full potential.” She learned that good recruitment starts with keeping current agents happy. Seeing agents leave due to broken promises reinforced her belief that real growth requires a supportive team. “Teaming up with like-minded people is key,” Katerina adds. It’s about creating a family where agents feel valued and supported. Highlighting agents as the CEOs of their businesses and emphasizing the importance of brokerages backing them up. “When agents join us,
