Sales Summary Report Glossary TOTAL SALES: The number of properties which SOLD and transferred ownership during the Quarter. LOWEST SALES PRICE: The least dollar amount paid for the closed sale of a property within the designated city or area during the Quarter from Jan. 1, 2017 through March 31, 2017. HIGHEST SALES PRICE: The greatest dollar amount paid for the closed sale of a property within the designated city or area Quarter from Jan. 1, 2017 through March 31, 2017. AVERAGE SALES PRICE: Found by taking the price of each property listed and dividing that by the number of Total Sales for the Quarter. MEDIAN SALES PRICE: The price of the property that falls in the middle of the total number of properties Sold during the Quarter.
