Sandy Bruce clearly cares about what she does and really enjoys it, and it shows with how thorough she is when showing and recommending properties. I was able to list everything that I had to have, or would really like to have, and every house she recommended was fantastic! She was also able to find out small things about the houses and bring them to light, such as parking oddities (like you couldn’t park on the street during certain times due to street sweeping), or if a house needed some work. Not only that, but she was only a text away when I had a question. Excellent communication! She also set up a portal online where houses would automatically be loaded based on what I told her I was looking for, and it was super easy to use. As a military person moving cross country, having Sandy in my corner was truly a blessing - I could not have done this without her!
