Lowest Sales Price: The least dollar amount paid for the closed sale of a property within the designated city or area during the Quarter from July 1, 2017 through September 30, 2017. Average Sales Price: Found by taking the price of each property listed and dividing that by the number of Total Sales for the Quarter.
