6- Create a powerful, custom marketing plan utilizing direct mail campaigns, social media marketing, E-blast campaigns, networking, digital target marketing and syndication to all Real Estate sales websites.
7- Conduct Brokers’ Open House to showcase your property to agents with potential buyers.
8- Conduct Public Open Houses as appropriate.
9- Present your property at our weekly office sales meetings and our weekly network meetings.
10- Notify our personal network of over 7,000 contacts that your property is available for purchase.
11- Make fifteen hours of uninterrupted outbound calls weekly to actively seek buyers for your property.
12- Represent you on all offer presentations to ensure that you receive the best possible price and terms.
13- Provide feedback and statistics from outreach to prospective buyers.
14- Keep you updated on current real estate market conditions as they evolve.
15- Act as liaison between you and affiliate services such as escrow and title.
