Epla Academy

Each and every one of our agents has access to the RE/MAX Estate Properties Agent Academy where they learn to understand and execute the fundamentals of successful real estate transactions. This agent-centric approach allows our advisors to support them, train them, and guide them into the successful and effective agents they are today. This means you can trust the skills and abilities of each one of our agents.

Mentor Program

Our Mentor Program offers accountability for the agent’s actions in their business as they implement the teaching of their mentors and other presenters. Such teachings include but are not limited to: real estate contracts, sales techniques, goal setting, business planning, market statistics, time management, marketing, prospecting, and farming, as well as maneuvering through the MLS and Zipform websites, along with other programs exclusive to RE/ MAX® or RE/MAX Estate Properties.
