HIGHEST SALES PRICE: The greatest dollar amount paid for the closed sale of a property within the designated city or area Quarter from April 1, 2019 through June 30, 2019. AVERAGE SALES PRICE: Found by taking the sum of all sales prices of each property sold and dividing that sum by the quantity of Total Sales for the Quarter. MEDIAN SALES PRICE: The price of the property that falls in the middle of the total number of properties Sold during the Quarter. REPORT NOTES: Reports published for the 2019 Q2 Sales Summary are based on data available as of June 30, 2019 based on findings on July 3, 2019.
