Sales Summary Report Glossary TOTAL SALES: The number of properties which SOLD and transferred ownership during the Quarter. LOWEST SALES PRICE: The least dollar amount paid for the closed sale of a property within the designated city or area during the Quarter from July 1, 2017 through September 30, 2017. HIGHEST SALES PRICE: The greatest dollar amount paid for the closed sale of a property within the designated city or area Quarter from July 1, 2017 through September 30, 2017. AVERAGE SALES PRICE: Found by taking the price of each property listed and dividing that by the number of Total Sales for the Quarter. MEDIAN SALES PRICE: The price of the property that falls in the middle of the total number of properties Sold during the Quarter. REPORT NOTES: Reports published for the 2017 Q3 Sales Summary Report are based on data available as of September 30, 2017 based on findings on October 2, 2017.
