What a year for Plett! Our town has gone from strength to strength, with the strong property market continuing through 2022. We look forward to welcoming this year’s Matrics to Plett for the annual Plett Rage Festival as well as the influx of visitors for the festive season on the horizon.

In 2021, the Bitou Municipality recorded property transfers of approximately R2,4 billion which was more than double the total for 2020. It was expected that this figure would drop significantly for 2022, however, the registration figures, as of writing at the end of October 2022, have reached approximately R2,34 billion and are on track to match and surpass the 2021 record.

Thanks to everyone for the year that was, and here’s to 2023 being another record-breaker for our beautiful town.
