REMUS and Porsche – 2 brands with identical demands
Kaum zwei andere Marken verbinden so viele gemeinsame Ansprüche an ihre Produkte. Bei REMUS wie auch bei Porsche stehen höchste Qualität, Performance und Alltagstauglichkeit im Mittelpunkt jeder Produktentwicklung. Die Hochleistungssportabgasanlagen von REMUS für die verschiedensten Porsche Modelle zeichnen sich durch geringstes Gewicht und höchste Performance aus. Die Verwendung von dünnwandigem Edelstahl oder wahlweise von oberflächenveredeltem Titan garantiert maximale Gewichtsreduktion gegenüber der Serienanlage. Parameter wie Abgasgegendruck, Strömungs- und Schwingungsverhalten wie auch thermische und mechanische Belastungsfaktoren werden von REMUS Ingenieuren im Entwicklungsprozess analysiert und stetig optimiert. Erst wenn das REMUS R&D Team überzeugt ist,das technisch maximal Machbare erreicht zu haben, wird zur Serienfertigung übergegangen.
Rarely any other 2 brands share so many similar requirements when it comes to their products. For REMUS just like Porsche, highest quality, performance and streetability is the centre point for each development. The REMUS Porsche bespoke high performance sport exhaust systems feature lightweight design with outmost performance in mind. The usage of thin gauge Stainless steel or alternatively surface treated Titanium guarantees maximum weight reduction compared to the original exhaust. During the Research & Development process, numerous parameters such as backpressure, gas flow simulation, vibration & anti droning characteristics are evaluated. Furthermore, thermal and mechanical stress factors are important stages during the extensive R&D process carried out by the REMUS engineering team. Only then, when the REMUS R&D team is 100% convinced that the newly developed sport exhaust system has reached perfection, the sport exhaust system is given its final approval for production.
