The Entrepreneurial Development & Assistance Center (EDAC) created W.O.M.E.N. out of the need to further promote the efforts of women that received services from EDAC. The mission of W.O.M.E.N. (Women Owned & Managed Enterprise Network) is to create a network of resources that support women in developing and retaining competitive enterprises.
The Power of 5 Initiative The Power of 5 Initiative follows 5 women who participated in the 4th Annual W.O.M.E.N. Conference. Each quarter, the women will provide an update on their goals (from the conference) while offering tips & strategies on balancing life and business.
