The key was consistent communication, so we readied our agents with scripts, emails and social media posts to better inform their clients.

We covered all of the recommended sanitization practices and social distancing protocols, but we also went beyond the physical. We understood the extreme stress our family members were experiencing, so we hosted digital mindfulness seminars, virtual yoga classes and more. It was important to us that the people within our organization were not only physically safe, but in a healthy mental state, too.

We are continuously keeping our family up-to-date with industry and government advisories.
