GARLIC BREAD
INGREDENTS 1 Bread For dough:1 cup Maida 1 Tsp Sugar 1/2 Tsp Baking Powder 1/4 Tsp Baking soda 1 Tsp Italian seasoning 2 Tbsp Sour curd 1.5 Tsp Oil 1/4 cup Milk As per taste Salt As required Water For garlic butter: 2 Tbsp Salted Butter 2 Tsp Garlic (finely chopped) 1 Tsp Italian seasoning For filling: As required Mozzarella cheese 1/2 cup Sweet corn 1/2 tsp Garlic (thinly sliced) VOID.
steps: Mix the mentioned ingredients well to form a medium soft dough. Let it rest for around 25-30 mins. Take 2 tbsp of butter which is at room temperature in a bowl, add finely chopped garlic and italian seasoning to it and mix well. After 25-30 mins, take the dough and knead it again for around 2 min, dust it with maida and roll out using a rolling pin or stretch it with your palm. Spread the garlic butter, shredded mozzarella cheese, corn and few slices of garlic on one half of the bread. Apply water on the edges and fold the other half to form a semicircle, seal the edges properly. Apply some more garlic butter on top and make markings with a knife, do not cut it completely. Put the bread on a greased pan and bake for around 20-25 min at 180 degrees in a pre heated oven. After it is done brush it with some more butter(optional). Delicious and amazing looking garlic bread is ready!

STEPS: Take corn flour or makai atta and wheat flour in a bowl, add all the other ingredients and mix well. Add water as required to make a thick dough. Let the dough rest for about 20-25 min. Make a ball of the dough and roll it out in a square shape till it's thickness is equal to that of a roti. Now cut out triangles from it and prick it well with a fork. Deep fry the nachos in hot oil on high flame. Remove when crisp. You may toss it with peri peri masala or any other to add flavour. V Tasty and crispy nachos are ready! O I D .

Steps Wash the Green Peas properly. Grind it coarse. Heat 2 Tbsp oil in a kadhai. Add garlic paste and saute it. Add the grinded green peas and all the other ingredients mentioned above. Stir for around 5 mins so that it cooks properly and is no more sticky. Let it cool down. In a bowl talk maida. Add 1 Tbsp oil, salt and water as required to knead a tight dough. Let it rest to 10 mins. Make small balls of the dough and roll it out thin. Now cut it into half using a knife. Take one half and twist it to form a cone. Add a spoonful of stuffing to it. Apply water on the edges and seal it tight. Deep fry the samosa on high flame. Yummy and tasty samosas are ready to eat! VOID.

Steps In a mixture jar add chopped coriander, mint and green chilies. Crush it and make chatni. Add salt and lemon juice. Add 1 cup water and some ice. In an mixing bowl add boiled and mashed potato, onion and black chana. Add black salt and mix well. Make a hole in puris and fill potato masala. Serve with water.

1 cup macroni Water 1/2 capsicum 1/2 onion Handful corn Carrot Garlic Butter Oil 3 tsp Maida 1 cup milk Salt Oregano Chilli flakes
Steps Take a vessel. Fill that vessel with water to its 3/4. Bring the water to boil, then add 1cup of macaroni. Add a tsp of oil and a tsp of salt to it. Let the pasta cook for 5-10 mins After 5 mins check the pasta by cutting it with a spoon. If it cuts easily, the pasta is cooked. Strain the water from the pasta.Take a pan, to that add some oil. Fry 3-4 chopped garlic in it. Now to add some chopped capsicum, onions and corns to it. Now add a tsp of oregano and Chilli flakes and salt to it. Cook the veggies on a medium flame for maximum 5 mins Take another vessel to that add 2-3 tsp butter melt the butter and then add 3tsp of Maida. Roast the Maida on a low flame for a couple of minutes. Now to that add 1 cup of milk. Stir it continues for about some minutes. Now to that add 1 tsp of oregano, Chilli flakes and salt. Now add the fried veggies and boiled macaroni to it. Mix it well White sauce pasta is ready...... It's have amazing taste. Enjoy your pasta

Steps Chop onion, carrot, garlic and celery in small pieces in separate bowls and keep aside.Heat the oil in a pan over medium-high flame.Put a pinch of salt and black pepper in hot oil along with chopped vegetables and keep stirring continuously for 6-7 minutes until the vegetables are cooked properly. Once the vegetables are cooked, add pomegranate juice and cook till it is over.Slow down the heat,add cooked lentils, peas, tomatoes paste, 1/2 cups vegetable broth, thyme, garlic powder, salt and black pepper and cook on low flame stirring continuously for 5 minutes. If the pulses become very dry, mix 1/4 cup broth more and mix well.Remove from flame and keep it aside.In a big bowl add boiled potatoes and mash with the help of masher. Add milk,oil, salt and pepper in mashed potatoes and mix well. Preheat the oven for 200 minutes at 10 minutes. Put the prepared mixture of lentils in ramkins or baking dish and put a layer of potato mixture over it.Bake at 200 * C for 10-15 minutes. Broil the potatoes for two more minutes to make it crispy. Steps Seive maida, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a bowl. Blend powdered sugar, ghee, milk in a bowl with the help of hand blender Pour sugar mixture into maida mixture. Mix it in one direction. Add vanilla essence and vinegar and mix it in the cake batter. Pour the cake batter in the cake tin. Bake it in preheated oven at 160 degrees for 15 minutes. Take out the mould out from oven. Let it cool completely and then demould it. Divide it into 2 equal portion with the help of big knife or thread and spread little sugar syrup on both parts. Steps
Boil your milk with dates, dates should be dried not the soggy or wet ones. Once it gets simmer cook it on low flame until dates get dissolved and give good caramel type colour. Add milkmaid according to your sweet tooth and keep stirring and stirring until it becomes thick rabdi type texture. Add kewra water or gulab jal once the texture is achieved. For vodka you can add first if you want only the flavour.But I prefer to add at end-stage for a better taste of alcohol Or you can soak raisins and almonds in it. Garnish it with some sugar work.
