Wood Fiber Mulch is a soft, wheelchair-accessible covering for playgrounds. Wood Fiber Mulch is made up of the soft or blunt ends of chopped wood. It is usually half an inch long and meets the CPSC standards for playground surfacing.

Engineered Wood Fiber Mulch provides better control over the size of the mulch chips. It allows the wood fibers to join together, providing a secure, soft, springy surface. In some cases engineered mulch can also allow water to pass right through it; allowing the playground to be used soon after those frequent Florida rain showers.

Engineered Mulch – Playground Wood Chips

Engineered Playground Wood Chip Mulch is an engineered wood fiber made from 100 percent virgin wood. Since they do not contain any recycled material, they do not include any m etal or other unhealthy additives and are considered safe for playground use. Wood chips meet the CPSC safety standards for playgrounds.
