STUDENT DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMMES At SOH, we always strive to help you discover your passion, transform your talents into real-world skills and achieve your goals. Learning in SOH extends far beyond the classroom. We offer a variety of student development programmes that support your personal well-being and overall development as a young professional, helping you to transition into the working world.
Peer Support Leaders Programme Selected student leaders will be trained to function as Peer Support Leaders (PSLs). These PSLs help to build the One-SOH school spirit, engaging SOH students in various school-wide activities like Battle of the Republic Annual Games (BRAG) and Orientation Programme (OP). The PSLs also serve as peer mentors to help new students bridge the transition into polytechnic life, while supporting current students with their holistic development.
Staff Mentorship Programme When you first join us, an SOH staff mentor will be assigned to you to offer help and guidance with any issues you may face in school or at home. You can be assured that you will not be alone while adapting to a new learning environment.
