Meeting The Odyssey Selfy Contest ARTICLE 1: ORGANIZER Réseau en scène Languedoc-Rousillion, as in charge of the communication for the Meeting the Odyssey project in France, is designated as “the organizer”, organizes a free contest, apart from connection costs, without obligation of purchase, on Facebook entitled “Selfy contest – I am on a Boat”, hereafter “the contest”. The terms and conditions of the contest and the winners’ designation are described in regulations below (hereafter “the regulations”.) ARTICLE 2: OPERATION DATES

The contest will take place from June 10, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. France (UTC+2) to June 22, 2015 10:00 France (UTC+2) and it will be available on the link https://www.facebook.com/MeetingTheOdyssey?fref=ts The fan will have to take a selfie next to a boat, or a sketch if boat using the hashtag “#Imonaboat15” (that should imperatively appear on the photo, or in a comment about it). The photos corresponding to the above criteria will be afterwards published in an album on the Meeting the Odyssey Facebook page, and the contestant having received the greatest number of “likes” on his photo will win: - A Meeting The Odyssey T-shirt and a sky lantern, in case of a successful crowdfunding campaign. The contest shall be conducted on the basis of the following terms: From June 10 to June 22: posting and submitting on the contestant’s personal profile selfies using the hashtag “#Imonaboat15”. Selfies will be then collected into a photo album on the Facebook Meeting the Odyssey fan page. Only “Likes” appearing on the Facebook Meeting the Odyssey fan page, and not on the contestant’s personal profile, will be counted. ARTICLE 3: CONTESTANTS Contestants must be residents of the European Union, have access to this website, and a valid e-mail address. Participating in the contest implies full acceptance of these regulations. Parent or legal-representative consent is implied for all minors participating in this contest. The organizing body may request evidence of this consent, particularly for

Meeting The Odyssey Selfy Contest prize submission. Otherwise, the result will not be considered as valid and the prize will not be delivered to the winner. ARTICLE 4: PARTICIPATION CONDITIONS Operation can be accessed by clicking on the link: https://www.facebook.com/MeetingTheOdyssey?fref=tsn

In order to participate in the contest, the contestant must: 1) Go to https://www.facebook.com/. Contestants will be thus subjected to Facebook terms and conditions and must accept them. 2) Contestants already subscribed on Facebook have to sign-in by indicating their user names and passwords. - Contestants not subscribed on Facebook must sign-up for free by clicking on the option “Not yet subscribed?”, and filling out the requested fields on application form (username, password–user created–, title, name, nickname, e-mail address.) 3) Contestants must post selfies in public on their personal Facebook profile using the hashtag “#Imonaboat15”. Only selfies with the hashtag “#Imonaboat15” will be accepted and posted in the album created for this purpose. Participation must be fair: it is strictly prohibited, by any means, to try to or modify the provisions of the contest, notably in order to modify the results. The organizer reserves the right to cancel at any time and without notice the participation of any contestant who would not respect these regulations. Il is strictly forbidden for the same contestant to participate from an account created by another person. ARTICLE 5: AWARDS The person having the greatest number of “likes” (“like” mentions on their selfie) will be awarded with: a sky lantern and a Meeting The Odyssey T-Shirt. Winner will be announced on Monday June 22, 2015 at 12 :00, France (UTC+2). The T-Shirt award will be delivered by mail and the sky lantern will be launched in the name of the winner, in September at Sète, France. The award is strictly nominative and on this basis, it is neither transferable, nor redeemable for cash or any other type of award.

Meeting The Odyssey Selfy Contest If for any possible reason the winner does not wish or cannot accept all or a part of the award following the previously described conditions, the winner loses all benefits related to the prize and cannot claim any type of counterpart compensation. The organizer reserves the possibility to replace the announced awards with equivalent awards of the same value. The awarding cannot give rise to any kind of contestation regarding the contest organizer. The winner cannot claim the award’s cash counter value or demand exchanging it against other goods or services. ARTICLE 6: WINNER SELECTION AND AWARD ATTRIBUTION By the end of the contest, contestants having collected the greatest number of “likes” on their selfies will be designated as winners and will be announced on Monday June 22, 2015 at 12 :00, France (UTC+2.) In case that several persons are present on the selfy, only the person that has published the photo on his personal profile and has mentioned the required information in due form, he could be considered as contestant. Thus, if this selfy, in particular, wins the contest only the person who posted it could be considered as the winner. The winner will be informed on June 22 by private message, in which the organizer will ask their name, age, identity card number, phone number, postal address, and will explain the awarding conditions. The awarding will be limited to one by winner (for instance, same name) during the whole period of the contest. Winners can only be people having participated in the contest on the page, having posted a selfie next to a boat with the hashtag “#Imonaboat15”, having received the greatest number of “likes” on their photo and having transmitted full contact information to the organizer respecting deadlines, subject to regularity of their participation. ARTICLE 7: FORCE MAJEURE The organizer cannot be held responsible if, for any reason beyond their control and/or in case of force majeure in its broadest sense, this contest had to be curtailed, modified, postponed or canceled, and shall not be held to pay any compensation to contestants. Their responsibility may not be involved as a result of these changes. The organizer body reserves the right at any time, without notice or justification, to shorten, extend, modify or cancel the contest if the circumstances require so. In this

Meeting The Odyssey Selfy Contest case, the organizer body cannot be held responsible in any way and consequently no demand of compensation will be granted. ARTICLE 8: ADVERTISING Contestants authorize the organizer to use on the contest site their said names and last names. That information will be delivered to the organizer and not to Facebook. If a data subject objects to the use of their personal information, they have to mention it without any delay to the organizer by sending a letter to the following address: Réseau en scène Languedoc-Roussillon 8 avenue de Toulouse CS 50037 34078 Montpellier cedex 3 ARTICLE 9: RESPONSABILITY It is specifically reiterated that Internet is not a secure network. The organizer shall not be kept responsible for any virus contamination, or third party intrusion into the contestant’s device, and declines all responsibility regarding any possible outcome from connecting to the network for reasons that would not be directly or exclusively attributable to the organizer. The organizer shall not be able to be informed in case of the network’s dysfunction, in particular if due to external malicious acts from outside which might prevent satisfactory running of the contest. More specifically, the organizer-if they have taken all necessary precautions-shall not be considered responsible for any damage caused to the contestants, their computer equipment or the data stored on such equipment, or for any related implications to the contestant’s personal or professional activity, except in case of direct and exclusive fault of the organizer. The organizer shall not be responsible if one or several contestants are not able to participate in the contest due to any technical problems, like in particular to network congestion or malicious acts, the organizer is committed to take all necessary measures in order to facilitate the contestant’s connection to the site. The awards cannot be exchanged under any circumstances for their cash value or any other award for whatever reason.

Meeting The Odyssey Selfy Contest Contestants participating through means of automats-such as developed programs for automatic participations, use of information, e-mail, and more generally, every means not respecting the equality of opportunities between contestants-will automatically be eliminated from the game. This contest is hosted by the Facebook website. Every contestant must respect the terms and conditions in it. Contestants acknowledge being informed about the terms and conditions of use and privacy policy of the Facebook website-available on the website. Facebook head office is located on 1601 S. California Ave., Palo Alto, CA 94304. The organizer assumes no responsibility as to the content and use of the Facebook website. The contest is by no means sponsored, confirmed or related to Facebook. Contestants explicitly exclude all Facebook responsibility concerning The Contest. ARTICLE 10: REGULATION ACCEPTANCE The contest participation implies the full and complete acceptance.
