b. Seasonal Menu Tastings: Members are invited to sample a selection of dishes and beverages that will soon be featured on the resort’s seasonal menus. Personalized Concierge Services
Membership Services is delighted to provide a tailored experience that caters to your individual needs and preferences. Whether it’s scheduling appointments, booking travel arrangements, or coordinating special events in your Middleburg home, our team is here to provide a seamless concierge experience complete with specially curated events and exclusive access.
Special Event Reservations
Members have early access to unique Middleburg retail and restaurant experiences, and events such as, but not limited to, The Family Reunion, Sunset Polo, Sunday Polo, Upperville Horse Show, and the Middleburg Film Festival. Additionally, Members enjoy VIP hospitality at the Middleburg Fourth of July celebration and Christmas in Middleburg parade. Members may experience exclusive privileges such as front-row seating, private meet-and-greet opportunities with performers or speakers, behind-the-scenes tours, or access to VIP lounges or after-parties. While ticketed events have associated costs and are subject to availability, the arrangement of these experiences is included in Membership Services. Our concierge has a wide reach, so please contact Membership Services for assistance with arrangements outside of the region as well.
Tee Time Scheduling
Membership Services is eager to assist in securing tee times at the resort’s preferred golf courses such as Creighton Farms, Raspberry Falls, Bull Run and Evergreen Country Club. In addition
to scheduling tee times, the concierge can arrange transportation to and from the course, coordinate equipment rentals or caddie services, and provide recommendations for nearby dining options or post-game activities. While there are course fees associated with the tee times and they are subject to availability, our coordination is included in Membership Services.
Priority Dining Reservations
Membership Services is pleased to secure reservations at Harrimans Grill and Gold Cup Wine Bar. We strongly encourage Members to utilize this service so that a portfolio of your meal, libation preferences, and celebratory days can be recognized by our team. This personalized attention extends to enabling access to special chef’s tables, tasting menus, or bespoke culinary events tailored to individual preferences. We also encourage Members to inquire for arrangements at restaurants outside of the resort, especially in the Town of Middleburg and neighboring communities. This service extends to all Salamander Collection destinations in the U.S. and Caribbean.
Priority Reservations at Salamander Spa
Priority reservations for Members ensures easy access to spa services by bypassing wait lists or scheduling conflicts. This benefit adds a layer of convenience and relaxation to the Membership experience, allowing Members to indulge in selfcare without having to coordinate appointments. Members can rely on their dedicated concierge to curate their spa experience based on their preferences, whether it’s arranging for specific treatments, selecting preferred therapists, or even organizing additional amenities such as refreshments or special accommodations.
Curated Travel Arrangement Assistance
Membership Services provides a personalized experience both on and off property. This service goes beyond traditional travel planning by providing tailored recommendations, seamless coordination, and reservation itineraries to ensure every journey is an unforgettable experience. Allow us to coordinate your travel arrangements to and from the airport, offer insider recommendations, secure reservations, and arrange any special requests. Third party fees may apply; however, our Travel Arrangement Assistance is complimentary for Members.
Car Service
Members enjoy complimentary roundtrip transfers in our Audi fleet with a resort tourism ambassador to local attractions within five miles of the resort. Destinations include restaurants and shops within the historic Town of Middleburg along with award-winning local vineyards. Car service destinations do not include residential or private destinations and dogs are not permitted in vehicles.
Garment Pressing and Steaming
With door-to-door personal pressing and steaming service, Members can simply notify the concierge with 24-hour notice and their garments will be picked up, expertly pressed and steamed to perfection, and returned home at your specified time. Whether it’s delicate fabrics, intricate designs, or specific garment preferences, the pressing and steaming service is tailored to meet the individual needs of each Member. Fees apply for garment counts more than two per week.

Spa facilities are available with reservations for a massage, facial, or body treatment. Subject to additional costs, Members receive a 15% discount on spa services.

Access to the Cooking Studio and Upperville Private Dining Room for personal dining experiences are available upon request. For assistance with off-site dining options in Middleburg and beyond, Membership Services would be delighted to use our wide variety of hospitality connections to reserve dining experiences. Subject to availability and thirdparty costs may apply.

Fitness center offerings include Peloton bikes, Hydrow Rower machines, treadmills, Tonal machines, and free weights. The recreation department offers an indoor lap pool, seasonal outdoor pool, dry sauna, fishing pond, tennis courts, basketball court, disc golf, putting green, croquet, bocce ball, hiking trails, and trail, electric, or Shinola cruising bikes. Membership Services would be delighted to deliver Members-only bikes to your home for day use as well (subject to availability). Whether enjoying a guided nature hike, group yoga session, or friendly pickleball tournament, our Members-only recreational offerings are designed to foster a sense of community.
Additional seasonal offerings include scenic movie nights under the stars, exhilarating sports tournaments, and lively pool parties. From Fourth of July to New Year’s Eve and beyond, holiday celebrations are elevated with our curated programming and events.
