I write further to the final hearing of the claim by Pemberton Real Estate Limited at the Clerkenwell & Shoreditch County Court yesterday.

As you know, Mr Andrew Davies and Ms Ha Pham attended the Court on behalf of Pemberton Real Estates Limited. Ultimately the Judgement of District Judge Desai was that Pemberton Real Estate Limited’s claim was dismissed and as such you successfully defended the Claim.
3.
As part of District Judge Desai’s order, Pemberton Real Estate Limited were ordered to pay to you the sum of £173.75 within 21 days.

The Court will be providing a formal Judgment Order in due course which I shall, of course, forward on to you.
