Due to a robust recovery in recent times, Aberdeen, is now considered a realistic prospect due to a number of positive eco-nomic factors, including the city changing it’s focus to renewable industries, also a shift to other high-value, high-tech sectors, there are a large number of inward regeneration schemes, and a growing student market, with Aberdeen University ranked 4th in the UK for student satisfaction.

The renewed energy in regeneration throughout the city now provides the catalyst for growth making it the ideal time and opportunity for investors.

So many positive changes are already creating more jobs, & kickstarting new economic growth. This will have a knock on effect to the growing infrastructure and local demand leading to the need for more good quality homes.

We can see sight of these trends beginning in Aberdeen, and the scale of ongoing regeneration projects suggests that they will only gain momentum in 2023 and beyond.
