ONE London Road Block 5 Build Update 10th Jan 2021 • All metal partitions are in place and first fixed to ground, first and second floors - mechanical & electrical • Plasterers have started to board first floor apartments • Roof will be fully completed and sealed mid Jan • Scaffolding coming down within 2 weeks - this will allow the exterior cladding works to be started • Window surrounds on all apartment & staircase windows fitted • Rear drainage works completed • Plastering works to be started once the drying of the individual rooms has finished • Apartment kitchens delivered and fitted to commence February All images taken 10th January 2022 // All information supplied by OLR site manager
