ONE LONDON ROAD BLOCK 5
BUILD UPDATE MARCH 2022
ONE London Road Block 5 Build Update Plastering is 90% completed to all apartments on levels 1 & 2, only the corridor plastering remains to these floors. Plasterers will be moving to level 3 as of Monday 7th March. 1st fix M&E is complete to all floors. Kitchens to be fully fitted to 1st floor apartments by Wednesday 9th March. Kitchens for 2nd floor apartments to be delivered by Thursday 10th March. Internal doors to be delivered in April. Internal stairwell linings done, & lift shaft painted out and ready for lift installation within the next 8 weeks. Overall the build is progressing in a timely manner.
