SHORT TERM LET MANAGEMENT WITH RESIDENTIAL ESTATES Established for over twenty-five years, Residential Estates is an independent property company based in Chester that provides unrivaled expertise in UK residential and commercial investments, property management, sales & lettings. Residential Estates has capitalized on the ever-increasing demand for short-term and corporate lets in the United Kingdom. Combined with the tourist

market, we can supply landlords with high occupancies from three- to five-night stays, through to the contractor or relocator staying for several months. As opposed to owning a property which only leaves a small NET profit after costs, the short term let model charges on a nightly basis. This offers the potential for higher returns, which in turn leads to a greater value and higher

appreciation. Once Residential Estates has established that your property is suitable for the short-term and corporate let market, we can cover the entire management process, making this a hands-off and stress-free option for landlords. You will have one of the North’s leading short-term let experts as your partner throughout the entire process.
