Why does anyone set out to climb a mountain?
After years, sometimes decades, of extensive preparation and training, the view of the summit is often viewed as the apex of scaling these massive geological features. But the true fulfillment for a climber is the exhilaration of the entire journey and the milestones they pass along the way as they stretch themselves further than they ever imagined possible.
In 2022, our employee-owners continued to climb toward 2025, pushing forward to grow and achieve our goals—together.
