Perfect for leftover slices or grown-ups-only parties, this boozy rendition is a tradition all our own, created specifi cally for The Restoration Birthday Cake by our Director of Beverage, Darren Fallon.

Ingredients

.75oz Birthday Cake Syrup (8oz birthday cake, 16oz simple syrup) .75oz Vanilla Vodka .5oz Cantera Negra Café .5oz Lemon

Directions

To create the birthday cake syrup, blend 8oz of The Restoration Birthday Cake with 16oz of simple syrup, then strain. Add the syrup and the remaining ingredients to a shaker with 1-2 ice cubes and shake until the ice is gone. Strain, serve, and celebrate.
