FESTIVE EDITION
Harvey Nichols
After declaring a collective ‘bah, humbug’ to Christmas last year, the 2021 campaign offers a different sentiment that’s designed to spread joy and happiness with bright colours and beaming lights. Transforming the facade for the festive season, this year the iconic Harvey Nichols windows feature modern stained glass panels, flooded with light to reflect a glorious pattern of Christmas-coloured hues inside and outside the windows.
SELFRIDGES
This year, Selfridges’ Christmas theme presents a slightly surreal, enchanted dream world. It blends creative references, from Busby Berkeley 1930’s golden age Hollywood, classic 1950’s technicolour film musicals and a new imaginary cast of characters who are brought to life not only in the windows but also in stores, and through Selfridges’ new digital campaign starring much loved British actress and singer, Jane Horrocks, and drag artist and sculptor Juno Birch. Christmas of Dreams launches across Selfridges stores in London, Birmingham and Manchester, and on selfridges.com
FENWICK NEWCASTLE
Running across the eight windows of the Northumberland Street store frontage, The Flight Before Christmas story depicts a festive Mossy Bottom Farm where Shaun the Sheep and his flock live.
HARRODS
Harrods unveiled their Christmas window display, created to get visitors in the mood for a season of celebrations with a spectacular feasting table that stretches along Brompton Road, featuring displays from some of the world’s most renowned beauty, home and accessories brands, from Miu Miu to Bvlgari, Carolina Herrera and Tiffany & Co. Each window glistens with festive sparkle, with an immersive twist that allows spectators to scan QR codes and watch the table displays come to life.
