It is optional for the 2 minutes time delay "please wait " function SK DB2001 Intelligent interlock instruction for each other (indoor and outdoor touch panel ) embodies personalized design at one ' s pleasure . Easy installation and fit for standard BS4662 wall box .

DB2001 Function & Operation Guest can order or cancel information by the system at any time. Touch the buttons on indoor DB2001TI panel, the corresponding indicators on outdoor DB2001TO will be lighted. When the 'Do not Disturb' indicator is lighted, the 'Bell' button can not be used. If the guest can not meet the visitor immediately, he can push the Please Wait switch PW2000 then the 'Please Wait' indicator on outdoor panel 'Please Wait' indicator will be lighted, and the 'Bell' button can not be used. The 'Please Wait' indicator turns off automatically in 2 minutes later, the 'Bell' button will recover its function.

Possible cause
Solution
1 . Incorrect wiring or poor contact.
Ensure that input wire and output wire are tightly fixed on the terminal blocks.
2 . Cut of Main switch or creepage protection switch
Turn on the main switch or creepage switch ， if still trip， please check equipment if there is creepage.
1.Broken or invalid of the touch panel
Replace the touch panel immediately.
2 . Touch panel enters self-protection
Cut offpower and restart
Wrong connection of network cable or no connection with correct ports
Check the network cable and ensure correct connection of output ports to the corresponding terminal in the touch panel.
