A free minibus shuttle service runs between Branchet Field and both off-site car parks, plus Chingford Station. It operates on Friday between 10am and midnight, and on Sunday from 9am.

Day visitor/ AGM parking only
Early Bird camping requires quiet after dark. Caravans or mobile homes must remain parked in Branchet Field during the event. Other vehicles cannot park in camping areas, and should park off-site.

In the event of an incident or accident • Inform staff members. They will initiate appropriate procedures. • 999 calls should go through staff members, except where delays are life threatening. • 24hr first aid is available at the White House. Defibrillators are at the White House and the Lid entrances.
Activities
If you discover a fire • Alert a staff member, trigger a fire alarm switch if one is nearby and warn people in the vicinity. • In event of a fire alarm, evacuate to the closest fire assembly point.
