After working for more than a decade as a medical editor, it seems unlikely that I would establish a line of paper goods. Yet, here I am after taking a fork in the road after my son was born in 2011. While on maternity leave, I found myself looking for a way to keep busy during nap times. My love of pretty paper and obsession with details led me to open an Etsy shop, Wrap and Revel. What started as a small hobby quickly grew to a fulltime job and a 1,000 square foot warehouse. By December 2014, I made the decision to pursue this career path and set out to create a new brand with fresh designs and colors I could call my own; thus, Revel + Co. was born. Revel + Co.’s debut collections are inspired by my home, my travels and the amazing world in which we live. Some may say we got a little carried away… we’ve launched with almost 300 products! NEW APPLICATIONS New shops must first complete our wholesale application form and submit a valid resale certificate/retail license. Please provide the name, location and a brief description of your store. Please note that we are currently accepting a limited number of online retailers; please specify on the wholesale application form if you wish to sell our products online. If you have an online store in addition to a brick-and-mortar store, please indicate this on the application form and include a link to your website. Revel & Co. must be listed in the description of all items sold online. Retailers must agree to our terms and policies for approval. Revel & Co. reserves the right to stop selling to stores who fail to comply. Please note that Revel & Co. does not permit reselling of our products on Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Facebook, Instagram or any other online marketplace other than a stand-alone website.
PAYMENT Payments can be made by check or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover). Payments are processed at the time of shipment. Orders paid by check will ship once the check clears the bank. There is a $20 fee for returned checks. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
MINIMUMS Minimum quantities for products are as follows: wrapping paper sheets: 12 per design; wrapping paper rolls, sticker sheets, printed balloons, unprinted balloons, tissue paper packages, tissue confetti mix and straws: 6 per design; napkins, coasters, ribbon sets and single-color ribbons: 4 per design/color; seed confetti mix: 3 per color.
PACKAGING + DISPLAY PACKAGING Our goods vary in packaging. Balloons and seed confetti are packaged in clear cello bags with a cardstock label at the top. Straws, tissue paper packages, ribbon sets, sticker sheets and tissue paper heart and circle confetti are packaged in clear cello bags with a sticker label. Sticker sheets and tissue paper confetti packages include a chipboard or cardstock insert to protect from damage. Individual ribbons are wound loosely and secured with a cardstock band and packaged in a plastic bag for shipment. Coasters and napkins are packaged in clear plastic boxes with a sticker label. Wrapping paper rolls are packaged with 3 sheets wrapped around a core, secured with a label and sealed in shrink wrap. Loose sheets of wrapping paper are packaged in a clear cello bag for shipment.

TERMS + CONDITIONS turnaround + shipping | backorders | returns | exclusivity
DISPLAY All of our products must be displayed and sold in their original packaging. Loose ribbons may be displayed in containers or bowls but must retain their cardstock band, and loose sheets of paper may be displayed hanging or rolled. All other products must be displayed and sold in their original packaging; failure to do so may result in account termination. Please contact us with questions.
ORDER TURNAROUND TIME + SHIPPING TURNAROUND TIME Our turnaround time is typically 5-7 business days but may vary. Please let us know if you would like to request a specific shipping date and/or a specific cancel by date.
SHIPPING Orders ship from our warehouse in western Colorado. Shipping costs are charged at the time of shipment and will be shown on your final invoice. Domestic orders ship via FedEx Ground or USPS Priority Mail. International orders ship via USPS Priority Mail unless an alternate carrier is requested. International customers are responsible for all taxes, duties and customs fees. Revel & Co. is not responsible for carrier delays or for loss or damage that occurs during transit. Insurance and/or expedited shipping options are available upon request.
BACKORDERS We do our best to keep all of our products in stock, but occasionally a product may be out of stock. We will notify you if an item is backordered and you will have three options: 1) remove the item from your order, 2) hold your order and ship it when complete or 3) ship in-stock items on the original shipping date and ship backordered items as soon as they become available.
CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS + EXCHANGES Adjustments to your order must be made via phone or email within 24 hours of placing your order. Reductions to your order or cancellations that are requested after 24 hours of placing the order will incur a restocking fee of 20% of the total of the removed items. If product arrives damaged please let us know within 5 business days and retain damaged packaging to facilitate a claim with carrier. Returns or exchanges of wholesale orders are not accepted unless incorrect stock is received. Incorrectly shipped items must be reported by phone or email within 5 days of receipt, and the return must be postmarked within 5 days of reporting. All merchandise must be returned unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. Refunds are processed via the original form of payment.
