Discounts

Only for orders paid in full at time of order. Please see the chart below to determine your applicable discount. Garments purchased through school district purchase orders do not receive a discount unless paid in full at time of order.

Exchanges

Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receipt of your order. Reverence will accept exchanges for size adjustments only. All exchanges must have a Return Authorization before being returned and will be authorized by our customer service department. We do not accept exchanges on costumes larger than Adult XL. All exchanged garments are inspected upon arrival at our facility. All exchanged orders are treated as new orders and will receive the ship date available. All exchanges must be shipped to us at the customer’s expense. We must have original costume back in hands before exchanged item is shipped. We do not accept exchanges that have been worn or altered. Modified or custom order costumes are final sale.

Costume exchange fee is 50% of original cost of the costume.

Shipping

All orders will be shipped USPS or UPS Ground. Express delivery is available and shipping fees are determined at the time of shipment. All air charges and or Saturday delivery charges are at the expense of the customer. UPS will send a tracking number via e-mail once your order has been scanned. Please make sure to check spam or junk folders for tracking. Shipments leave our warehouse at 4:30pm CST. Once items have left our facility, all shipping issues are the customers responsibility with the shipping carriers.

Customer Service

Ordering Information

When emailing, mailing or faxing orders it is in your best interest to call and confirm that your order has been received in our office. We require an e-mail address to send your order confirmation to you. Allow 1-4 days for your confirmation e-mail to arrive. Please thoroughly check this for accuracy and contact us with any incorrect information on your order confirmation. Please provide us with a mobile phone number as well as an alternate phone number in the event that we need to reach you during our business hours. Please call for current ship date prior to submitting your order. We understand situations with special circumstances and will do our best to accommodate rush orders, however it will be extremely difficult to do so during our peak months.

Changes & Cancellations

Adjustments to your order must be made quickly, once your order is in production, changes cannot be made. Cancellations must be made less then 3 days from the original date of your order.

Ship Date

A ship date will be assigned upon receipt of your correct and complete order. Missing, incomplete or incorrect information could result in a change to your ship week. The shipweek is confirmed only if payment is available as well. Due to the customization of our product, ship dates can have a 1-5 day variable. Please allow for adequate shipping time when placing your order.

Delivery Schedule

Reverence costumes are custom made and orders are completed in the order received. Please indicate on your order the date you need to receive your costumes. Normal delivery time is 6-8 weeks, however in the peak months of November through March, due to circumstances beyond our control with our vendors, delivery can be estimated at 10-12 weeks.

Receiving Your Shipment

Once you receive your shipment, please immediately check to make sure all colors, sizes, and costume count are accurate and as ordered. In the event you receive damaged items, please keep all garments and paperwork and contact us immediately. Any errors regarding your merchandise must be conveyed to customer service within 14 days of receiving your shipment. Size exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receipt.

Fabric Changes

Due to constant changes within our vendors, some fabrics may change in shade. Alternative options for discontinued fabrics featured in our book will be available and discussed at time of placing order. If you are adding to a previous order or exchanging sizes, there is no guarantee your new merchandise will be the same shade or fabric of prior orders. If fabric is delayed or is discontinued after you have placed your order, you will be contacted immediately with updates and alternative options.

Sales Tax

Sales tax will only be charged to those doing business in the state of Texas. If you are in Texas and would like to be exempt from sales tax, please fax or e-mail your tax exemption form to our office. Fax # 817-274-7584 or e-mail to contact@reverencedance.com.

Payment Terms

A minimum 50% down payment is required on all orders. Visa, Mastercard, money order, check and cashiers check are all accepted forms of payment. Balance dues can be shipped C.O.D. or can be paid by credit card or another accepted form of payment prior to your order shipping. Any remaining balance due must be paid 7-10 days prior to you ship date. Orders totaling $300 or less must be paid in full upfront.

Backorders

We make every attempt to ship orders complete. If items are backordered, all items will be shipped within two weeks of your notification with no additional charges. If customer needs expedited shipping for backordered merchandise, the expedited shipping will be at the customer’s expense.
