El disidente acepto que el cambio en la isla está cerca, y declaró una farsa los procesos que se están llevando acabo, ya que es una medida para perpetuar a la dinastía de los Castro en el poder. La Fuerza Aérea de los Estados unidos cambiará el avión de Barack Obama - Minutouno. La Fuerza Aérea de los Estados Unidos informó que los dos aviones presidenciales existentes Boeing 747 - 400 conocidos como los “Air Force One” serán cambiados por unos Boeing 747 - 8, aviones que según sus características son más grandes, y funcionan con cuatro motores como los aviones Airbus A380 que se construye en Francia, y que por tal motivo no es un avión adecuado para la seguridad del mandatario estadounidense.

Estados Unidos admite “la falta de confianza” mutua con Cuba - La Vanguardia. Frente a los pronunciamientos realizados en la última semana por el Líder cubano Fidel Castro sobre la necesidad de acabar con el bloqueo que Estados Unidos mantiene sobre Cuba y la necesidad de encontrar la paz; sin embargo, el líder cubano agregó que mantiene su desconfianza con el gobierno norteamericano. Estados Unidos: Corea del norte podría estar reactivando planta nuclear - Perú 21 Después de un cierre de cinco meses Corea del Norte podría estar reactivando su planta nuclear que lo provee el combustible para bombas nucleares . El descubrimiento realizado por medio de un satélite comercial, de ser verdad, constituiría una preocupación no solamente para la región, sino también para EEUU, ya que se pensaría en el desarrollo por parte de Corea del Norte de misiles trasatlánticos que alcanzarían las costas del país norteamericano.

Europa CIJ declaro que ni Serbia ni Croacia cometieron genocidio en la guerra - El Tiempo. La CIJ por unanimidad rechazó las mutuas acusaciones sobre genocidio,y les recordó a ambos países su responsabilidad por todos los muertos en la guerra de los Balcanes. Por estos hechos el alto tribunal pidió que continuaran con la cooperación con el fin de poder compensar a las víctimas , y consolidar la paz y la estabilidad en la región. La guerra en los Balcanes dejó un saldo de 130.000 muertos y es considerado el peor desastre en Europa desde el fin de la segunda guerra mundial. El terrorismo islámico pone a Europa en una gran encrucijada - El Tiempo. Los diferentes ataques perpetrados por grupos islámicos extremistas en diferentes ciudades europeas, han encendido todas las alarmas de los servicios de seguridad en Europa, los cuales estudian nuevas medidas políticas con el fin de contrarrestar el terrorismo.

Euro se desploma tras medida del BCE - Portafolio. Como resultado de un programa de compra de bonos por parte del Banco Central Europeo con el fin de poder inyectar dinero a toda la zona europea, el Euro cayó a su punto más bajo en 11 años. La preocupación fue manifestada por el Bundesbank que es el Banco Central Alemán, ya que estas medidas pueden llegar a que los países que se encuentren en recesión y con medidas de austeridad económicas no continúen con sus reformas económicas. Grecia va por nuevo pacto europeo para pagar su deuda. - Portafolio El Primer Ministro Griego, Alexis Tsipras, pidiío más tiempo a los fondos europeos para llevar a cabo las reformas, y recalcó que Grecia necesita un recorte de la deuda con el fin de poder pagarla. El Primer Ministro aseguró que las reformas que se van na llevar acabo son sin austeridad, pero aseguró que las medidas tampoco llevan al déficit. Dado el comunicado del gobierno griego, los países de Alemani y Bruselas pidieron a Grecia que tenga en cuenta sus socios para cualquier medida que vayan a tomar, ya que las desiciones que tome Grecia pueden afectar directamente al resto de la comunidad europea.

Jordania está lista para intercambiar la presa por rehén del Estado Islámico- Revista Semana. África Boko Haram lanza el primer ataque en Nigeria BBC News. (Boko Haram launches first attack in Niger - BBC News.) Durante los últimos seis años Boko Haram ha dejado un saldo de miles de muertos y más de un millón de desplazados. Actualmente los militantes logran controlar una gran porción de tierra del Norte y el Este de Nigeria. Según reporteros de la BBC, militantes de Boko Haram atacaron Bosso temprano en la mañana con armas de alto poder, causando desplazamientos y terror.
