What is the Black Church Business and Technology Conference? The Black Church Business and Technology Conference is designed to introduce and educate church leaders (both clergy and laity) on the breadth and depth of digital and information technology tools and resources that will empower them to make bet-ter strategic technology adoption decisions in order to achieve greater ministry, mis-sion and church growth goals. Our registration cost per congregation for a maximum of two-attendees is $150.00.
Target Audience Profile There are over Twenty thousand (20,000) “Black Church” congregations in the United States led by a diverse group of Pastors and Lay leaders with various skills and voca-tional backgrounds; yet many find themselves and their congregations’ part of the digital divide phenomenon impacting the culture and even further behind the infor-mation technology literacy curve. Our goal is to invite a significant number of church leaders to attend the Conference representing congregation sizes of 50- 00+ members with annual budgets of $100,000.00-$1,000,000.00. We anticipate approximately 3.000 church organizations registering for our First Annual Black Church Virtual Business and Technology Conference with an estimate of two (2) leaders (including the pastor, officer or tech team member) from each congregation attending for a total of 6,000 individual leaders having exposure to our event. We realize purchasing decisions are different for each denominational body and local church organization. According to our research a typical church as represented in our target
audience profile spends between 10-25% of the church’ annual budget on technology. The most common budget breakdown of financial percentages important to us and our Conference partner/sponsors for future sales opporutnties is as follows: 1. 2. 3. 4.

ABOUT DX TECH SOLUTIONS, INC. DX Tech Solutions is a minority-owned faith-based Business/Tech Social Enterprise, with corporate headquarters located in the State of Delaware. Our mission is to help faith and non-profit organizations (primarily congregations of the “Black Church”) learn, adopt and deploy a host of digital and information technology solutions in order to expand reach and engagement of larger, diverse, socio/economic, multigenerational audiences of African Americans and Persons of Color. Our primary goal is to help local church organizations and congregation leaders who find themselves part of the digital divide cultural phenomenon and lagging behind the technology adoption curve to become better informed to make strategic procurement decisions about the many technology solutions available to help grow ministries. To accomplish this goal, we plan to use MediaPlatform® as our primary broadcast platform to host the First Annual Black Church Business and Technology Conference. MediaPlatform® is a “browser-based” platform that offers greater broadcast flexibility over traditional conference meeting solutions or solo live stream planforms. This conference will be followed by a series of webinars all designed to introduce and educate faith leaders and others serving the Black Church about key technologies beneficial to helping them achieve their ministry and mission goals and objectives while enhancing their visibility and brand in the larger community. We understand that Houses of Worship and local church organizations in all cultures are in need of such education, exposure and training, however since there is such a tremendous digital divide in the Black community even in our institutions, as a minority-owned firm we are specifically focused on digitally transforming key institutions serving the Black community.

We plan to introduce and expose church leaders and ministry teams to a wide range of digital and information technology solutions and services that will enable them to expand their administrative, evangelism, mission and outreach capacity. Our partner/sponsor program is designed to leverage the expertise of a variety of Tech companies, professional and creative service practitioners who are willing to participate with us to develop and launch an innovative 2 ½ day virtual event that will attract large numbers of leaders and congregations of the Black Church. Through lectures, workshops and exhibits attendees will learn about digital technology tools, transformational solutions and resources that our partner/sponsor firms offer to help church leaders successfully achieve positive results from the adoption of certain technologies and business practices.
Digital Transformation Partnership Program Our Digital Transformation Partnership Program is designed for Tech companies willing to invest time and financial resources to help us: • Raise awareness among church leaders concerning the value of digital technology in transforming ministries • Attract small and mid-size congregational church leaders who are willing to participate in an education and training conference along with subsequent workshops that introduces them to technology solutions that support administrative, ministry growth and development initiatives. • Develop procurement programs to help faith organizations adopt and deploy practical technology solutions economically using group discounting. • Build mentoring programs for young adult members of the congregations we attract to the Conference and those in the communities the local church serves in order to expose and teach new digital technology skills that prepare older youth and young adults who may be interested in pursuing higher education, work and career opportunities. • Build digital environments in local churches operating in disadvantaged communities in order to help them become valuable. technology resource centers in the communities they are called to serve. Digital Technology Conference Sponsership Sponsorship packages are designed to create visibility and brand awareness among the various event attendees which include clergy church leaders, board members and officers, technology ministry teams, other staff and volunteers all representing multiple denominational bodies of the Black Church located in various parts of the United States. We are particularly interested in attracting Sponsors who realize the importance of helping the Black Church reduce the digital divide in the various communities and neighborhoods many local congregations serve Becoming a Sponsor at some level also contributes to our goal of exposing and educating Faith leaders on the breadth of technology solutions available to help them achieve ministry and mission goals.
