ARTWORK
Please submit digital (vector, .ai or .eps preferred) artwork to avoid any delays. Any orders that require artwork or copy changes are subject to preparation, and charges will be billed at cost.

LIMITATIONS & REGISTRATION
Registration tolerance is 1/16” per color - image may shift slightly. Placement of image may vary up to 1/2” from bag to bag. For two sided printing, placement of artwork from front to back may vary up to 1”. Screen print is subject to approval and has a maximum of 65 line screen.
PROOFS
Will be provided by e-mail or via fax. Each additional proof will incur a minimum $20 art charge per layout.
A quote for actual art charges will be provided and must be approved by the customer. Artwork should stay 4” away from the top of the bag to prevent the handle from cutting into the print. Handle placement may vary up to 1/2 inch.

QUALITY, TERMS & CONDITIONS AND TOLERANCES
QUALITY
All bags produced at Revolution Packaging will be in compliance with all state and federal regulations, including the child warning message law. Along with a statement to encourage recycling, the child warning message will be printed on bags that are less than 1 mil thick with openings of 10 inches or wider:
“Avoid danger of suffocation; keep bag away from babies & children. Return to a participating store for recycling.”
TERMS & CONDITIONS
• Revolution Packaging cannot be held responsible or liable for any representations that are stated or implied on artwork provided by customers.
• Freight returns: No product will be accepted without Revolution’s written authorization. Any unauthorized returns will be refused. All claims must be made within 10 working days after receipt of merchandise.
• Delivered pricing is based on continental U.S. shipments only.
• Cancellations: Any work done prior to cancellation will be billed at full cost.
• Prices & artwork: All prices are subject to change. Artwork is subject to final review.
• Minimum order is 12,000 bags.
• Terms: Net 30 days (all payments must be made in U.S. funds). Pricing does not include any broker fees or additional cost associated with exporting.
• Minimum order: 6,000 or 12,000 bags (based on bag style but can increase depending on total number of ink colors).
PROOFS
At the request of the customer, one proof indicating final artwork and layout will be provided when camera ready art and layouts are not supplied by the customer. (Additional proofs that result from change in copy will be subject to additional cost.) Orders will not be scheduled until Revolution receives a signed approval from the customer.
LEAD TIME
All catalog orders ship in 6 weeks from written approval of artwork, plate charges and or proof approvals. (Lead times subject to change upon notification).
TOLERANCES
• Quantity: 6M = ± lM, 12M = ± 2M, 25M = ± 15%, 50M & over = ± 10%
- Garment Bags: 5 Rolls = ± 1 Roll, 10 Rolls = ± 2 Rolls
• Quality: Length and width variations are consistently within = ± 1/2 inch parameters.
- For bags over 18 inches in length or width, variations can be as much as 1 inch.
- Handle placement may vary up to 1/2 inch.
- Gauge variance = ± 10%
• Ink and/or film variation: film and ink colors may vary slightly.
PRICING
All pricing may be adjusted to our discretion based on the cost of raw material, resin, and manufacturing costs.

• Choice of plate material is at the discretion of Revolution Packaging. Any plates supplied by the customer must be approved by Revolution’s printing department.
• Multi-colored jobs should include center marks on each separated artwork for positioning.
• Center lines placed more than 1/8” out of printing area will be charged to reposition marks.
• Plate returns are at the discretion of Revolution Packaging.
• Revolution cannot be responsible for normal wear.
• Plates not utilized for 3-year are subject to being recycled unless customer requests they be held for a longer period of time.
