The Georgie Awards® is an annual awards program that celebrates excellence in home building and renovation in British Columbia. To be eligible for a Georgie Award®, members of the Canadian Home Builders’ Association of BC submitted entries that were built, renovated, developed, created and/or marketed during the period of January 1, 2016 - September 30, 2017. The finalists and winners are selected by a panel of out-of-province industry professionals. “A finalist nomination in the Georgie Awards® is a coveted achievement within the residential construction industry. With many annual entries and strong competition it is not an easy task,” says Neil Moody, CEO of the Canadian Home Builders’ Association of British
Columbia. “Congratulations to all of the 2018 finalists, and we look forward to announcing the winners in March 2018.” The 26th Annual Georgie Awards® Gala will be held on March 10, 2018 at the Hyatt Regency Vancouver. The Gala hosts over 600 industry professionals for dinner, entertainment, the awards presentation and an after-party. Tickets for the Gala will be available for purchase in late-November on the Georgie Awards® website.
