If you are passionate about food and cooking has never felt like a chore, or if you dream of the perfect farmers market and your kitchen is your domain, then our culinary classes will get you fired up! These classes are high-contact, and most require lab time in the kitchen. Pastry students get to throw their hands in the dough and make cakes and bread in their first semester while culinary students will see flame during their first class. Featuring four state-of-the-art kitchens, an eatery, and a farm-to-table greenhouse, The Kitchens will take your culinary education to the next level.

The Kitchens at Reynolds employs chefs and instructors from various disciplines and backgrounds. Our faculty is one of the main ingredients at the Kitchens and help make a unique recipe for an outstanding culinary education. Whether they have worked at some of the finest restaurants or operated food and hospitality businesses, our instructors bring a fantastic range of skills into the kitchen and classroom. With the staffs’ extensive community networks and realworld experience, all of our instructors are highly regarded in the culinary community. In addition, classes are regularly visited by guest speakers actively working in the industry.
