There is a resounding theme in the market amongst businesses and organizations I have coming across over the last few months during the economic downturn. And my response has been the same, "there is no way around it … only through it."

When speaking to individuals across the state of Texas, one resource we have an abundance of is human capital. The resilience of the hard-working individuals in the Rio Grande Valley has been the secret to what makes this area somewhat recessionproof.
