La casa de un lenguaje minimalista y un carácter morfológico simple se posiciona en el terreno captan do las mejores visuales y orientaciones. Planta baja de caracter social con una doble altura que invita a disfrutar el entorno. Planta alta con un family abierto se integra al sector del living, manteniendo a la zona de noche con mayor privacidad.
The house with a minimalist and a simple morphological character is positioned on the ground capturing the best visuals and orientatios. A social ground floor with a double height that invites you to enjoy the sorroundings. An upper floor with an open family is integrated into the living area; keeping the bedrooms in privacy.

El objetivo de este proyecto consistía en crear un refugio con capacidad para 4 personas, pueden ser familia o no, de superficie cubierta máxima 35 m2. Contando con una construcción económica y con materiales locales. Debia poder ser modular, transladable y repetible. The objective of this project was to create a shelter with capacity for 4 people, whether family or not, with a maximum covered area of 35 m2. Counting on an economic construction and local materials. It should be able to be modular, translatable and repeatable.

En un contexto con escasos espacios públicos, donde los edificios no generan situaciones de apropiación con el entorno, se propone una planta baja abierta, a manera de pequeña plaza pública. En el interior se alojan programas híbridos convocantes para distintos tipos de usuarios.
In a context with insufficient public spaces, where the buildings do not generate situations of appropriation with the environment, an open ground floor is proposed, as a small public square. In the interior, we create a hybrid program that appeals to different types of users. 18

Ribera BA Proyecto urbano
Desarrollo de un plan estratégico urbano para Isla Demarchi y su entorno. Urbanización y vinculación de la nueva pieza urbana con los barrios de ‘La Boca’, ‘Puerto Madero’ y la Reserva Ecológica Costanera Sur. Un sector que permite llevar la ciudad al borde del río y democratizar el acceso de los porteños a la costa.
Development of a strategic urban plan for Isla Demarchi and its surroundings. Urbanization and connection of the new urban piece with the neighborhoods of ‘La Boca’, ‘Puerto Madero’ and the Costanera Sur Ecological Reserve. A sector that allows the city to be brought to the edge of the river and democratize the access of ‘porteños’ to the coast.
