n March we hosted ABC in a match that saw honours even at 3-3. Since then we have been looking for an opportunity to play the return at Aberdeen, but have been frustrated by Covid restrictions. On 15 March we finally got our chance and, after an entertaining and enjoyable evening, our team of Alfred, CK, Damien and Jonathan emerged with another 3-3 draw, which was felt by all to accurately reflect the evening’s play. There were no real fireworks, the highest break being a blue to black finish by Fat to beat Alfred. We were well accommodated by our hosts, with a room adjacent the snooker arena for the four persons who were not at actually playing, and where dinner was served.

Next up should be the three-cornered match with ABC and HHYC at HK Club, but all depends on Covid and its mandated restrictions. More news when we get it!
