Proclamation: The First Annual Day of Love All Chapters of WishKids International supports the international community that is working toward the Millennium Development Goals. We urge everyone to participate in the Presidents promise to: “spread a vision of hope, the United States is determined to help nations that are struggling with poverty. We are committed to the Millennium Development Goals. This is an ambitious agenda that includes cutting poverty and hunger in half, insuring that every boy and girl in the world has primary education , and halting the spread of AIDS-all by 2015.” White Rock Chapel is the city of Addison’s only church, the heart of Addison. From the heart flows love so the perfect staging of our celebration. With love WishKids International welcome the South African Delegation. We give thanks to The U. S. Global AIDS Coordinator’s mission leading the implementation of the President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief. This Emergency Plan embraces all resources and international activities of the U.S. Government to combat the global HIV/AIDS pandemic, including both U.S. bilateral programs and U.S. contributions to multilateral initiatives. Love sees no boundaries of religion, race, age, sex, or social status, thus involving the whole of the international community. It is important to take care of our youth. Our youth are the future. Every child deserves the opportunity to face tomorrow. To have food, water, medicine, a home and family. WishKids International is a nonprofit 501 (c) 3 dedicated to offering a sustainable solution that guarantees the welfare of underprivileged children and families affected by HIV/AIDS and other related diseases, through sourcing, coordination and provision of need-based resources and support services. WishKids International introduces the Texas Chapter of WishKids International and officially launches ‘Project Piggie’. Funds acquired from the Project Piggie campaign will be used to purchase pigs for families in Zimbabwe. These pigs will be used as food, and for profit. This raises the living standards of disadvantaged children, their families, and communities. Money made from selling pigs help buy food, and medicine; required school fees, books, and uniforms, allowing children to attend school. This creates independence and cohesion of the community. On this day of love may we all smile in the same language. For All GOD’s children.
