ANTS & AJ Last year this daring duo had a wee nibble at hosting the Vines stage at RnV... this year Ants and AJ are back for the full buffet, bringing another level of entertainment and frivolity to the menu. From hosting Snapchat channels for big brands to chewing the fat with NZ's sporting legends on their TV show 'Short and Wide', these lads have left a few tricks up their sleeve for the climax of
2016 in Gisborne. So if winning side of stage experiences, pashing a stranger in front of 15,000 people or being hit by a water bomb between your peepers at 150kph tickles your fancy, then park up at the Vines stage to see how the cookie crumbles. How good!? Well you can be the judge fellow ravers... Instagram @aj_whoareya @anthonyniterl

GOLDLINK
GoldLink has studied rap’s hierarchy, building his biting flow that’s quicker than a salesman and fouler than a sailor. Citing Edgar Allan Poe, Grimes, and Pink Floyd as his main influences, GoldLink’s subject matter highlights dealing cocaine, guntoting friends, an absent father, and the general hardship of growing up in the ghetto.
He has always produced tunes at an incredible rate: two albums (Skream! and Outside The Box), two compilations, 81 tunes released since 2003 and many hundreds more he's played during DJ sets. This will be Skream's second appearance at Waiohika Estate, last appearing with Benga in 2011.

Peter Wadams became fascinated by DJing as a boy after hearing the transform scratches on DJ Jazzy Jeff’s “Live at Union Square.” He learned about DJing by watching videos of the DMC World DJ Championships and, when he bought his first turntables at the age of 18, by imitating the moves he’d rewound over and over again.

GLOBELET CUPS
SUSTAINABLE CAMPING
Re-usable, recyclable and collectable cups instead of plastic cups that end up going to the tip. Customers will be asked to pay $3.OO for their cup, which once they return, they receive $1.50 back. Or of course, you can keep the cups as their will be a limited range of R&V branded cups for you to take away. This is to limit the amount of waste generated and to keep our festival sustainable.
This year we have introduced a few new sustainable camping alternatives to go alongside our existing options. Not only are they conveniently set upon arrival, much more comfortable and save you having to cart your camping equipment to the festival. They also stop people buying cheap nasty tents that end up in the dump which goes a small way towards reducing our impact on the environment.
BIODEGRADABLE PACKAGING
Initiatives such as Glamping, Tepees, Hubs and our new cardboard Eco-Tents and Rent-a-Tents are the way to go for your next Rhythm and Vines camping experience.
Everything your food is served in at the festival is biodegradable and compostable. So when It goes to landfill it will break
