DISSECTION OF PACKAGING
A packaging of a product was selected and dissected To enlarge to the propor�ons of the body and transfered Onto the muslin and draped around the body. This task helped to build an idea-of how garment works Around the body and the space around it while comparing How it is with the product. The ac�vity helped realizing and iden�fying movement for the eyes on forms and details. MUSLIN EXPLORATION

�L�M�NT 2 & 3 Fashion techniques like gathering, flu�ng, Rushing,quil�ng, Layering, paneling, Boning, caging, Sli�ng, drawstrings And many more techniques is explored. These techniques gave a realiza�on of how a fold can bend and li� a fabric to add/subtract volume and how gathered are burst of lines for the eye to capture. Some techniques allow the fabric to be moulder into certain shapes or the body, while others fit in some�mes loosens Accordingly.

�L�M�NT 4 An oxymoron was developed in this stage, which is differently Indifferent coming from the strong realiza�on of lines and of dissec�ng packaging. While dissec�ng the packaging i found many interes�ng folds,overlaps, creases but one thing which took all my a�en�on, The packaging looked one in Whole but it had two different Pieces joined , creased and Overlapped together. Lines play important role In every aspect and can Have different meaning . According to me lines occurs Everywhere in nature and can Also be observed in the corners , textures, grains, edges etc. Lines can be rough, precise , so�, harsh, smooth or raw. Every line have a unique quality and a different meaning to different person .

Exploring the curves and the rhythm of lines , which look different but are same, the same line which is been used in such a way that it makes me feel they are so different..Even the �nts and tones are an examples , one colors but so many different shades.
