FE Magazine

Our members are leaders in an everchanging industry. FRPO keeps members up to date on current issues in the rental market and on the organization’s advocacy efforts through FE (Fair Exchange) Magazine. ECNG Natural Gas Program

The ECNG Energy Group natural gas program is custom designed for FRPO members. Ontario Natural Gas Utilities bill clients on a fluctuating quarterly rate and do not offer long term fixed-rate plans. As such, if prices rise you do not have protection against those increases, nor budget certainty for your future natural gas costs. FRPO and ECNG have collaborated to offer members 1, 3, or 5-year fixed price offers that provide price protection and budget certainty. ECNG Electricity Program

The FRPO Wholesale electricity energy program provides members with cost certainty and low wholesale market costs via group buying power. As part of the FRPO electricity program, ECNG will also assist you with other energy related enquiries, including understanding Global Adjustment costs and mitigation opportunities, consumption management and reduction strategies and assisting with and carbon-related questions. Certified Rental Building Program

The Certified Rental Building Program is North America’s first and only quality assurance certification program for multi-unit residential apartment buildings. The goal of the program is to promote professionalism in the rental housing industry while providing tenants with a quality assurance alternative when selecting a rental apartment home. This certification assures tenants they are choosing a well-run, well-managed building each and every time they select their home in a Certified Rental Building.
