How do you keep your star shining bright and feeling beautiful inside and out. It helps to take care of your diet so you can flush out unhealthy toxins in your system. Plus, here are three things you need to keep your health in check:

1. Calcium. This is the very vitamin that makes you glow. To enjoy bouncy, lustrous hair, you need more than just good habits and great grooming tips. You also need calcium, fats, potassium, vitamins A and B, as this makes sure you stay proud of your crowning glory. You can get all the nutrients from milk. Drink a glass a day to keep your hair soft, smooth, and healthy. Plus, calcium keeps your teeth strong. Milk is in charge of that stunning smile you wear on your face all throughout the day. And because your bones are strong, your posture improves as well. As you age, your body stops producing calcium. Thus, your bones inevitably start to weaken, affecting the way you hold yourself up. If you don’t care about the vitamins you take in, you become prone to osteoporosis. Drink milk rich in calcium so that you appear more confident in your appearance as you stand straight. Back in the ancient times, queens used milk during their baths. Cleopatra was known for her beautiful skin, and that was because she did this. Maybe it’s time for you to do the same and witness just how well your skin responds to it.

2. Fiber. This is the very thing that allows you to move with ease. Fiber allows your body to detoxify and eliminate nasty toxins and poisons by naturally digesting them out of your system. This is done through regular bowel movement. Get your daily dose of fiber-rich foods so that you know that your body is clean from inside and out. You can finally say goodbye to feeling bloated because you know your system is able to eliminate what you’ve ingested efficiently.

3. Vitamins. Foods are divided into GO, GROW, and GLOW categories. This falls on the latter. Vitamins A and E act as antioxidants that prevent your skin from becoming flaky and dry. Vitamin C, on the other hand, boosts your immune system. It also plays a crucial role in collagen production. Thus, with enough of it, you can stave off the early signs of aging. If you’re vigilant about taking your daily dose of multivitamins, you’ll see a big difference on your skin. Don’t forget your vitamin B. B-complex in particular, is extremely important. The different forms of Vitamin B aid the body in breaking down food properly and extracting energy you need for a busy day. So, more of these wonderful supplements means a more vibrant you.

In the end, it’s what you take that you always have to consider. Never believe those people who say that they don’t do anything to maintain their good looks. While genetics count for half the battle, these will eventually fade if you continue to live irresponsibly. Look around and see that many of the attractive people you see weren’t gifted with a lot of outward beauty. The fact that they took care of themselves made all the difference. Now, they walk around, feeling good about themselves. So, whether you’re born beautiful or had to work looking like one, you should never take the three things for granted. These will be your greatest ally.
