Looking back, it all makes sense how we ended up here. Founders Mark and Selene were already doing what they do best long before they got into real estate.
Selene grew up as the child of ‘accidental’ house flippers. Her parents would renovate and improve their home, and realizing how much value they had added to it, they realized they could sell and afford the next home on the real estate ladder.
Mark’s roots in the renovation industry combined with his love of negotiation made the perfect foundation.
